prospect ceme tery toronto on saturday he was employed by the british american oil company for over 25 years and had been to his work as usual on wed nesday but died that very even ing at 12 oclock deceased came to stouffville from england 67 years ago and remained here until he married mary hastings over 40 years ago mrs pickering predeceas ed him 16 years he is survived by his present wife the school in toronto were over the weekend mrs skinner and daughter patricia of markham moved on tuesday into the house formerly occupied by imr and mrs david gillham mr and mrs alex ratcliff mr and mrs stewart stouffer and mr and mrs floyd steckley and master bernice were sunday visitors with mr and imrs truman grove edward brillinger of toronto who purchased the mat gillham farm here moved in last week and we welcome the family to our com munity recently it was reported that the place had been sold to a heise but this was in error as mr brillinger was the purchaser he is an old makham resident who lived in toronto of recent time the gill ham have moved to their new possessions near pine orchard in the north end of whitchurch the usual big crowd is ex pected to attend markham fair this
