a score of letters and cards most of them from old mongolia pupils one from an old school pal of ballantrae school days of nearly sixty years ago you may imagine that i was more than delighted these old boys and girls are scattered from dan to beer- sheba or to make it modern from the atlantic to the pacific i am sure most of these are do ing their part to make this old world a better place to live in i hope that our old associations have left some influences for good with each not omitting myself let me give you a few quota tions before i close ill give a smile and you give a smile and each will find a place to reach right down into some bodys heart and brighten a gloomy face then somebody else gives a cheery smile and sends the gleam along until it has left a message sweet with many amid the throng a smile that you give to others will gladden your own life too and make your life the sweeter for painting some sky with blue
