managed to reach the shore safely but when they looked for jean she was not to be seen it was an hour and a half to two hours be fore little jean was found and of course it was too late for anything to he done for her the funeral took place last thurs day morning from st johns church newmarket with interment in st johns cemetery high mass was said by rev father wedlock bethesda the bethesda picnic will be held at lake musselman on thursday july 10 everyone come and bring a basket on account of the weather being so warm on tuesday evening the league held an open air meeting on the lawn of
