his mother met with an accident which seriously dam aged ills car the accident hap pened just below ellesmere owing to dense fog and the frost which froze on the windshield driving was very difficult the owner of the car which collided with lotton was mr clarke from agincourt his car was a new durant and was also badly damaged it seems that clark was not on his side of the road but driv ing almost in the middle when they met in a headon collision throwing mr loftons car backwards into the ditch snapping off the two front wheels and radiator constable hokks from agincourt and two de tectives
