absence of the president mrs graves mrs davison presided this session con sisted of business iteports on the work of the branches were given which consists of ten branches in the district all giving scarboro dis cussion on various questions of branch work afternoon session speakers miss chapman superintendent of w i miss scott federation rep mr r j rogers agricultural rep mrs rev rae convenor of resolution committee lakeview ladies chorus club rendered several selections mrs d e jones gave several read ings which were appreciated a most hearty vote of thanks was ex tended to the members of the board of scarboro high school for the use of their fully equipped and magni ficent building also to the ladies of scarboro and lakeview branch who so loyally entertained us to dinner and tea in ministers are laid aside by sickness their churches being supplied one of the most important matters of business was the concuring in the report of the local cooper ating committee and the churches concerned whereby sunderland presbyterian and j methodist churches will be united into one charge i n affiliation with the meth odist church and the wick presby terian and pinedale methodist churches
