treasurer for the amount expended instructing the reeve and treasurer to invest that portion of the clergy reserve fund now on hand and that falling- due on the 1st of july as they deem best for the interest of the town ship instructing councillor widdifield to cause a guard rail to be erected along the cast side of a fill opposite lot 27 con 4 and issue his order on the treasurer for the amount expended instructing- deputy mccormack to examine the north end of the 8th con line with a view of relieving the con line of surplus water and if advisable contribute to the expense of ditching in adjoining lands for that purpose appointing the reeve to dispose of building sand on the hill on 9th con line opposite lot no 12 as he may deem best instructing the treasurer to pay w h jones the sum
