Crash sets Hathaway back in Innisfil Stouffville's Team Three Red/EHR encountered bad luck when it took to the track in the NASCAR Pinty's Leland 300 race at Sunset Speedway near Innisfil Saturday. With Jason Hathaway behind the steering wheel of the Fast Eddie/Choko/HGC Raybestos Chevrolet, the team could not avoid a two-car collision and experienced front end damage to their vehicle that ultimately put them in 17th place when the race concluded. Beginning the 300-lap event in the 12th position, Hathaway forged his was up to ninth in the running order and the car was working well through 11 laps. After the damage, Hathaway returned to the track just past the half way point, determined to collect as many points as possible in the second race of the 2016 NASCAR Pinty's Series schedule before finishing in 17th spot. Alex Tagliani took the checkered flag. In the overall series standings, Hathaway sits in seventh place with 64 points. Andrew Ranger is the overall leader with 83 points.
