The study also addresses lands immediately to the east along Main Street in the Secondary Plan "Western Approach Area" designation and related urban design considerations. The Study will examine the full range of policy, servicing, transportation, and environmental issues necessary to prepare a detailed development concept plan for the Study Area and related amendments to the Secondary Plan. A detailed implementation strategy will also be developed to advance the preferred land use and urban design concept plan. The Town is hosting a Public Information Centre to outline the results of the background analysis to date including a number of background studies related to natural heritage, transportation, and servicing and storm water management. Staff from the Town's Engineering Division are facilitating a Public Information Session on Thursday June 23, 2016 for the owner of the subject property. UPCOMING EVENTS PUBLIC INPUT FOR TOWN'S PROCEDURAL BY-LAW REVIEW Staff are currently undertaking a review of the Town's Procedural By-law, Bylaw 2015-184-RE. The Procedural By-law governs the process by which Council Meetings are held and how Council discusses, deliberates, and make decisions on matters that affect the community. As a crucial component of this by-law is openness and transparency, Staff wish to extend the opportunity for residents and members of the public to comment on the Procedural By-law and Council Meetings by completing an anonymous survey available at the following link: www.townofws.ca/ProceduralBylaw NOTICE OFSTUDY STUDY COMMENCEMENT NOTICE Of COMMENCEMENT Schedule `B' Municipal Class Environmental Assessment Lakeshore Road, Musselmans Lake The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville has retained the Ainley Group to complete a Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (Class EA) for the rehabilitation of the following two segments of Lakeshore Road located along the southern portion of Musselman's Lake: Segment `A': Extends from the municipal address of 5805 Lakeshore Road, east along Lakeshore Road approximately 120 metres. Segment`B': Extends from the municipal address of 5831 Lakeshore Road, east along Lakeshore Road approximately 180 metres.
