Youth are invited to drop into fitness centre to exercise independently every day (7 days per week) during summer break from 2:30-4:30pm. The drop-in program is available July 4 - September 6. Our CSEPCertified Staff are on hand to oversee the program and each participant will receive a general fitness program to orient them to the facility. Those aged 12-14 must complete the Youth Fitness Program before registering for the drop-in.
