I question what Frank Greco, a director with Heritage Hill Developments, said. He stated that if people think that $750 would sway a councillor, that is absurd. I am just wondering how he would know that. Does he know this for a fact? Apparently he does because it is not reality. I beg to differ. Nobody knows how someone will act when they are compensated for absolutely nothing.
