The variety is `Lapin', and these are sweet and firm. The size is `9-row', which signifies how many cherries will fit into a specific dimension, so the smaller number is better, and this is a critical concern in buying cherries because the smaller sizes are usually much less in demand, and hence, much cheaper. The reason is that the pit of a cherry of any size is similar, so go big, and you'll find that life is not `the pits'! Enjoy these...
