Residents are asked to place limbs â€" maximum diameter of 3 inches (7.5 cm) in tied bundles using twine (not rope) that are not longer than fleet (1.2 m) in length and no more than 2 feet:(0.6 m) in overall diameter. The bundled limbs should be placed at the end of the driveway (curbside) by 7 am. on your regular scheduled collection day. For trees or limbs larger than 3 inches (7.5 cm) in diameter that ‘1" have fallen within private property, ‘ the homeowner should contact a “ contractor to remove the debris 0 u ‘ from the property. If trees or limbs have fallen within road allowances or park sites. please contact the Town and we will make arrangements for crews to clean up the debris. Parking on both sides of the streets restricts access for emergency vehicles and snow plows. Help us keep the roads clear by NOT parking directly opposite a car that is already parked on the road. It is very difficult and sometimes not possible to get our emergency vehicles and snow plows through cars parked this way on our residential streets. ' How can you help us? When parking, ask yourself if your vehicle will block the passage of an emergency vehicle or snow plow. Wherever possible, please park in your garage or fully on your driveway.
