The Council Meeting agenda, including this report, will be available for review on the Town's website at noon on September 27th, 2012. At the same time, the report will also be available for review at the Whitchurch-Stouffville Public Library and the Customer Service Centre at the Municipal Offices. Residents are advised that leaves will only be collected if they are in paper bags or reusable open top containers (excluding cardboard boxes) such as bushel baskets or garbage cans. Plastic bags will not be collected. The Town does not pick up leaves raked, blown or piled along the roads. Non-containerized or non-bagged leaves present a traffic and drainage hazard and residents are required to remove them. Yard Waste should be placed curbside for collection by 7:00 am on the collection day.
