Revised plans for Bruce's Mill Conserva- tion Area will be presented to the public Monday night in Stouffville. The meeting takes place at 7 pm. at the Lebovic Leisure Centre. Presenters will update those in attendance on research that has been done over the past year and present new concepts and themes. During last year’s meeting, the draft mas- ter plan included a proposal for an RV or tent campground and replacing the driving range with a low-impact use such as a trail. The 2009 draft master plan also included a proposal by the Toronto Region Conservation Authority, which operates the Stouffville Road park, for a multi-purpose building, which would replace the current chalet/ pancake house. The public meeting will include a formal presentation followed by a QA session. The players will act as guest sewers at Bos- ton Pizza in Stouf‘fville Nov. 24, raising funds and creating awareness for the York Region Children’s Aid Society. Money raised will go to the society’s spe- cial projects, which help kids who normally wouldn’t have the opportunity to participate in activities such as hockey.
