Nothing to do in town, kids? Unhappy with the teen programâ€" ing provided by the municipal- ity? After years of trying to provide programs designed to appeal to local youth but having limited success, the town has decided to let the younger generation come up with a program ofits own. With funding from the May- or’s Youth Council, the town is requesting residents aged 13 to 17 to submit a proposal for a pilot program that will run for 10 weeks next year. Over the years, the town has offered leadership training and a variety of drop-in programs with varying degrees of success.
