The pressure was insane. I wanted it to be perfect. That was my goal â€" to make sure it was presented." In less than an hour and with only one critique â€" “one of the flowers wasn’t showing as well as it could be, so I moved it" â€"â€" Ms Everson had made an ofï¬cial Olympic bouquet, which was awarded to a medalist on Feb. 18. “Of my florist career, it was the great honour," she said. She scooped the various greens out of the bucket, tossed some ribbon around them and presented it to VANOC as their newest submission.
