The process to incorporate the Lebovic Centre for Arts Entertainment â€" Nineteen on the Park as a not-for-proï¬t organization will be initiated and is proï¬ected to be in place by the end of 2009. Council endorsed the work program that has been developed establishing a three phased public consultation program (inclusive of three steps of potential by-law revisions) which culminates in a formal statutory public meeting in Fall 2009. The Comprehensive Zoning By-law update process has now advanced to a point where meaningful public and stakeholder consultation can take place. The draft by-law would aï¬ects all lands in the Town and would replace existing Zoning By-laws 87-34 and 72-7 in their entirety with a singular harmonized byâ€"law containing a number of exceptions. The draft by-law proposes contain contemporary zoning and parking standards for all types of uses. These spans the complex range of uses in the Town including rural/agricultural activities, estate residential development, sensitive environmental areas, a hierardw of commercial and employment uses through to small lot residential development on urban serviced lots. The draft by-law is intended to bring the zoning in the Town into conformity with the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffvillc Ofï¬cial Plan.
