This service is being made available for those property owners who do not have Internet access at home. AboutMyProperty' is a secure, online service available on MPAC’s website at www.mpac.ca. Through AboutMyProperty', residential property owners can access: ‘1 detailed information about their own property; ‘1 information on'up to 24 additional residential properties of their choice. This information can be used to compare an assessment to similar properties in the area and help determine if the assessment is accurate. Property owners may also choose to ï¬le a Request for Reconsideration through AboutMyProperty“. Property owners will need their AboutMyProperty" User ID and Password to login. MUNICIPAL ENCROACHMENTS The Public Works Department reminds residents that the Town is not responsible for any damage caused during our winter maintenance operations to items such as gardens, fences, posts, interlocking brick work, concrete and wood curbs that have been placed on Town property. Removal of these items would aid with the road and sidewalk plowing operations and prevent damage to these property improvements. The Town, at its discretion, may request the removal of these obstructions. If you have any questions, please contact the Public Works Department. During the months of December through March, no parking is permitted on Town roads between 2:00 am. and 6:00 a.m. to allow for snow removal.
