Halloween comes early for Whitchurch-Stouflville’s chil- drgq this Saturday. The downtown Stouffville Business Improvement Area hosts its annual trick-or-treat event from 1 to 3 pm. Many local businesses will be welcoming little ghosts and goblins and giving out treats. .
