A silent auction/celebrity dinner fundraising event in support of YMCA'S Strong Kids Campaign takes place at Boston Pizza Wednesday from 5 to 9 Leafs assistant coach Keith Acton, who won a cup while playing in Edmon- ton, Mayor Wayne Emmerson and members of council along with “mystery celebrities†will serve dinner. A percentage of the meal proï¬ts go to the campaign, said Karen Cashin, employment program team leader at the YMCA Stouffville employment resource centre. All proceeds from the silent auction suppon the campaign. The Strong Kids Campaign is raising money for deserving children, teenagers and families who are unable to afford the full cost of participation in a YMCA program or aetiyity.
