through the addition of scott township to east gwillimbury as one unit it is also proposed that the communities of brock thorah beaverton and cannington amalgamate to create an area municipality that the extreme corners of uxbridge twp south west and pickering twp north west be annexed into whitchurch stouffville and york region east gwillimbury and scott would establish a community of 11500 persons and there would be no change in representation on regional council the amalgamation of the other four would encompass 7227 persons and the head of council would become the regional regionalize an area bounded on the south by lake ontario including lake scugog and reach twp in its northern boundaries and stretching from metro toronto eastward past coburg an audience of
