task that the leader of this council must un dertake it is true that there are some who are swayed by a pretty face a funny antic or a unique campaign these however are the minority most of us when we cast our vote for president of the sdss student council did so because we felt our vote was right our choice firm and honest in all convictions the outcome the new president of our student council is rita prospero a girl the first female president in fifteen years i am not writing this article because i am a sincere member of the w omens lib movement rather in many areas i am in staunch disagreement this is done only out of personal interest to myself and a desire to let others experience what all of us should be proud to realize any one of the nominees for president would have done
