richmond hill court march 30 following conviction on a charge of obstructing a police officer police constable byron langman testified he discovered 5 bottles of beer in a vehicle owned by james crisp after he stopped the car outside unionville constable langman told the court he placed the liquor on the roof of the car and asked the occupants who owned it at that point crisp was alleged to have
