reports on the program the weekend promises to be one of the most exciting and colorful in the communitys history all local organizations are involved along with the staff and students of claremont public school the com- miltee believes this event will foster new spirit among all residents in the area they urge everyone to join in to ensure the success of this en deavor a few of the highlights follow a snow princess contest sponsored by the claremont lionettes an organized hockey and ringette tour nament and skating races sponsored by the claremont lions a fulllength movie and teen dance sponsored by the youth club a skating demon- staration by the whitby figure skating club a snow sculpture contest sponsored by the claremont public school and a trappers ball to conclude the carnival sleighrides and r refreshments will be available on saturday mrs alan redshaw a patient in uxbridge cottage hospital is now home her daughter louise has been released from scarboro centenary hospital
