job as projectionist at the stanley theatre after a two week holiday mr brian barnett of toronto has been filling in during his absence mr and mrs bert tait along with mr and mrs andrews of newmarket have returned from a two week vacation at their sum mer cottage at minden ont mr jim huff of florida was a visitor in town last week for a few days after an absence from this district for 42 years during his stay he called on mr jim tindall of altona mr jim coates of clare- mont mrs george patton and mr charles tindall who both reside in town although mr huff is 81 years old he motored out and intends to return some time in september a former salvation army worker mr huff enjoys good health since his last trip through stouffville the visitor reports so many changes that he could not begin to mention them mr and mrs geo allison have been holidaying in the eastern counties mr and mrs harold hallman of toronto were guests over the weekend with mr and mrs shupe on main street visitors with mr and mrs har mon hoover on sunday were mr allan mcmane miss mary ranney and mr and mrs archie stover all of milverton mr stuart patrick butcher in aurora is expected to take over the glendale week of hannah c watts mother of m e watts of stiver bros firm stouffville the late mrs watts was in her 88th year and passed away at her home on wellington st aurora her hus band was the late joseph watts and she is survived by two sons mervin of stouffville and irwin of aurora the funeral service on wednesday afternoon was con ducted from the thompson fun eral home aurora with interment in the
