whitchurchstouffville totalling 248 million and 227 million respectively in addition to the 2007 operating and capital budg ets council also approved the five year capital forecast for the years 2008 to 2011 with a total of 978 million this was achieved with a residential tax increase of 39 considered to be among the lower tax increases among other municipalities in the greater toronto area the town of whitchurchstouffville also collects taxes on behalf of the region of york and public education as required by legislation the present budget reflects the towns commitment to proper financial
