vandorfpreston lake secondary plan study process the attached map outlines the secondary plan study area and the boundary of the oak ridges moraine physiographic region in october 2003 town council adopted official plan amendment mx 13 opa 113 which created land use designations and associated policies for those lands situated within the vandorf- preston lake study area that are within the moraine essentially opa 113 was a conformity exercise to bring these lands into compliance with the provinces oak ridges moraine conservation plan opa 1 1 3 is still before the province awaiting
