may water flowers shrubs tree or vegetables on days other than and including their designated watering day provid ed the watering is done using a handheld container 3 a person may water new trees and shrubs during installa tion and for 24 hours following planting any subsequent watering must comply with the provisions of this bylaw 4 a person may water new sod or seed for up to one month following
