side of the road within the limits of the road reconstruction therefore to minimize impacts on traffic and the environment it was determined that the project should be undertaken as part of the road widening an addendum has now been completed to the environmental study report esr which was issued in march 2001 the addendum contains details on the revised project including environmental impacts and proposed mitigation measures this notice places the addendum to the esr on public record for the mandatory 30day review period subject to comments received as a result of this notice and receipt
