on whitchurchstouffville council has shifted her interest from ward 6 to ward 5 three weeks ago brenda lobraico filed papers to run in ward 6 the south stouffville ward became vacant when ward 6 councillor sue sherban opted to rim for mayor on tuesday mrs lobraico returned to the municipal office and resubmitted nomination papers to run in northeast stouffvilles ward 5 mrs lobraico said when
