financial assistance program as a pilot site the diabetes hope foundation is a charitable foundation that raises funds to support several program initiatives that enhance the lives of children and youths living with diabetes some of their pro gram initiatives include scholarship funds and summer camps for children with diabetes markham stouffvilles paediatric diabetes clinic is honoured to be
