happen anytime soon the owner of jakes on main jack valianes received the zoning change he requested for 159 and 159a main street in late may the change allows a hotel use on the street an idea supported by most councillors ratepayers and busi nesses but theres a snag besides the eight to 12 rooms on the second floor mr valianes plan includes a 98seat restaurant on the main level of the new
