ransberry staff writer vvhitchurchstouffville old town hall will not be sold local mayor wayne emmerson has vowed the old town hall is not for sale stressed mayor emmerson following a recent public outcry to keep the old town hall in municipal ownership mayor emmerson has put forward a plan designed to have the top floor of the twostory building occupied through a condominium agreement by an architecturalengineering firm while the bottom floor would become an arts and cultural centre bruce arrowsmith spokesperson for arrowsmith and associates and its part ner bell engineering said his
