modernday town centre was made to whitchurchstouffville council tuesday while council agreed to designate the centuryold hall a heritage building stouffville artist andrew hamilton pointed out that five artists an eight- member pottery group three musical groups a newspaper a mobility transit service and a theatre group all lease space in the old town hall located in the heart of the downtown undertake a preliminary design study for a new train layover facility go is proposing to expand the existing stouffville train service in response to rapid regional growth in the area go needs to begin offering increased service and to operate longer trains on the stouffville line and as a result a new train layover facility will be required the proposed layover facility will need to
