as toronto peel peterborough waterloo vaughan guelph and the province of british columbia where allout smoking bans are enforced fullerton suggested york region work with restaurants and bar owners to come up with other ways to reduce the ill effects of tobacco smoke air filtration units designed to eat smoke are available for 20000 they can be rented for between 300 and 500 a month fullerton added
