of a possible telemarketing scam at least one victim has been identified by police after com plaining about the forces new fundraising scheme the trouble is york police are not raising funds at all the caller just said it was the police did not identify an agency and that they were looking for donations for needy children explained const joanne waite excluding perhaps the toronto police
