the annual united way campaign yesterday the charity umbrella said it has raised 1435500 32 per cent of the 45 million it needs to help social service agencies respond to the regions population growth though the united way of york region is asking its regular contrib utors to give 10 per cent more this year firsttime campaigns at local companies are also helping its fundraising effort to start off two weeks of fundraising events employees of cgb group a unionville insur ance broker staged a walkathon through a nearby residential neigh bourhood yesterday launching its first united way campaign
