existing council did not support it i am for economic growth and proper develop ment our challenge is to ensure that it is well thought out and balanced with the existing characteristics of our whitchurchstouffville as mayor i will promote open government and council teamwork open government does not just mean letting people speak it means encouraging active participation in shaping all aspects of our town it means listening to the people and incorporating that information into decisions made by council teamwork does not mean people agreeing to follow one persons view and sticking to
