normandale hatchery last november and released some 75000 healthy fry in january above and below the milne dam on the rouge river as well some 25000 atlantic salmon were reared and released below the milne dam back in febru ary with the rearing program being as successful as it is bamford intends to continue hatchery opera tions and if everything goes according to plan he would someday like to get his rearing figures up to the two million fry mark those are strong numbers bamford conceded but i love to fish and hunt and im having a lot of fun fish bites for the fourth time in the last five years the ministry conducted a transfer of rainbow trout on the rouge river above the milne dam mark heaton ministry biologist revealed 116 rainbow trout ranging anywhere from three to 14 pounds were
