midnight holds just as much potential thats the report issued by the ministry of natural resources in their survey of lake ontario feeder streams during days this past week tim ranee a ministry fish eries biologist from the york region office said the unusu ally cold spring has delayed the annual spring spawning ritual somewhat its a lot like last year noted ranee of the unseason able spring
