agents ser vants or employees are responsible the latest claim further alleges that sikura was served with sufficient alcohol such that they knew or ought to have known his ability to operate a motor vehicle or take care of his own safety was impaired the claim then alleges that the octagon allowed sikura to leave in an intoxicated condition when they knew or ought to have known that there was a
