volleyball teams each took a big step towards their respective york region secondary schools athletic association aaa titles thursday but for the junior boys hockey team a berth in the regional semi finals was as easy as opening up the mail both the midget and junior spar tans girls volleyball squads pre vailed in their divisional round robin play downs the midgets who downed broth er andre chs shot on a day to day basis i havent really thought about it im just concen trating on scoring goals for now while the age difference between the two brothers keeps them from playing on the same team there will be a coming together of sorts on the soccer field this spring damian will serve as a coach on the junior boys soccer team nicholas will play for at brother andre chs damian was assistant coach and a play er with the brother andre senior squad last season i want to put something back in said damian of his commitment to helping other teens learn the game
