to relieve the heat photorjoeftd witteveen parkview village administration has made public plans to expand the facility with the addition of a threestory build ing containing 45 new residences the building will be attached to the auditorium and buy ers will enter a right occupy agreement with the facility we hold the deed explained executive administrator lloyd hogg and when the occupant is finished with the unit for whatever reason it is sold back to the parkview organization on a 90 per cent 10 per cent basis he said the 90 per cent of the selling price goes to the occu pant and 10 per cent to parkview if the unit is sold in a rising market the occupant will also get 50 per cent of the increased value hogg said the organization is already taking reservations for the units and that construction should begin in the spring with residents moving into the units in 1997 the residences will be one and twobed room suites and the starting price for one bedroom units will be 154900 arid
