out benefits to the mans widow because he did not report a previous heart attack on his application ken thomas car was used as the getaway vehicle by the armed robbers who hit gagnon sports in oshawa on sept 14 1994 those robbers shot store owner roger pardy dead thomas a bystander was abducted and his dead body was nt found until january of this year the killers are still at large the insurance company said that because mr thomas did not viewpoint alan shackleton report his earlier heart attack in facthe probably lied ori his appli cation he is not eligible for any death benefits they have
