bestowed the highest form of recognition in lion- ism last thursday night at die clare mont legion hall district a 16 lions chairman ron gauslin a 20year member of the claremont lions club and the late al redshaw who had been a lion for 26 years up until his death last april were awarded the melvin jones memorial plaque redshaws wife carole who is cur rently the president of the claremont lioness club accepted the plaque on behalf of her husband the citation named after the founder of lionism is given to members consid ered to have achieved excellence in living lighting optic crystal
