shooting club with supervised sport target shooting and firearm education to community members and recom mends a permit be issued to the owners the group made up of former police men propose to enter into a lease agreement at 14 stalwart industrial dr to open the private club under the industriallight zoning already in place mr bennett supports the move only if trillium sports owners comply with without delay on an addition to hold the students presently crowd ed in portables architect dana saccoccio retained by the york region roman catholic separate school board presented the planning committee with blueprint drawings for a minor variance request to add enough teaching spaces to avoid portables at the glad park- avenue school she said in order to begin construction quickly ms saccoccio said the separate board is requesting the site plan be exempted a control for development that could take con siderable time she said the request for exemption is a timesaving request she added they dont want to hold up con struction and are in need to get the children out of the portables the addition supported by direc tor of planning michael saunders will consist of a 2012 sq metre 21657 sq ft singlestorey addi tion to be added to the 18460 sq ft existing building the plan also consists of a kindergarten fencedin play area and an additional 30 parking spaces for teachers including land scaping and interlocking brick mostly visible from glad park avenue in order to get the building under way the intent of the sepa rate school board is to do consid erable landscaping
