early in life that in order to obtain the most and the best from life one must put his best into it two people influential in encouraging tom with his positive outlook on life were the late jim oldham and bill topping tom and hazel were married in 195c daughters bev and bonnie completed the household the family was toms pride and joy his grandchildren tanya and adam were an inspiration that enabled him to battle on when pain and anxiety became so evident tom enjoyed the great outdoors he loved to fish and hunt he cherished the time spent with friends on these outings another pleasure was to travel in our picturesque country and the united states the area he favored most was the bushlands of chapleau timmins and kirkland lake where when health permitted he visited once or twice a year the work place metro roads was also a source of pride and enjoy ment for tom he talked much about his colleagues weil remember toms humor he enjoyed having fun and main tained this trait despite longsuffering and much pain back in february tom was very low and the medical staff at scar borough general told hazel there was nothing more they could do as we prayed tom realized that he himself needed to pray he placed his trust in the lord and we evidenced what we considered a miracle as he regained some of his strength and was able to get out and enjoy the summer weil surely miss the humor the laughter and the love with which tom was richly blessed besides his wife and daughters mr bullock is survived by a brother donald of lindsay and a sister mary anderson of stouffvuie rev robt
