community was saddened may 19 when news was received of the passing in scar borough centenary hospital of james oldham longtime area resident he was 75 mr oldham had resided for a brief period in parkview home his death followed a courageous struggle with declining health over the past year jim will be sadly missed by his wife the former alma baker his four children jim jr of van couver joan avery of ottawa wayne and david both of stouff ville he was also deeply loved by his nine grandchildren and one sister lulu feasby a resident of uxbridge jim was highly respected and loved by his many friends and neighbors for many years he farmed at ringwood where all his children attended school he served as a school trustee for the past 25 years mr and mrs oldham lived in the house he helped build on the baker farm near hwy 48 jims two great loves were god and his family he was a faithful member and worker in the con gregation of baker hill baptist church where over the years he served as
