high from january to april compared with the same period in 1986 we experienced a heated market with a lot of people spe culating prices escalated by leaps and bounds so high in fact that they went properties listed mls and 84 sales the average price for july was 218959 and the median price was 194500 both reflecting perhaps the price reductions evident during the slow months that month saw 120
