markham near the fair grounds he also worked with the byer brothers in their honey busi ness j in 1941 mr banks married vel- ma bolender of whitchurch they had no children of their own but were foster parents to many for 35 years mr banks worked as a carpenter and cabinet maker he loved working with wood during that time he also sidelined as a beekeeper an in terest he developed while working with the byer brothers he built a house at eagle lake near south river in 1976 two years later his first wife velma bolender died the following year mr banks married blanche gordon of stouffville and became step father to glendyne mrs otto monreal and louise mrs john sargeant all of whom respected him highly cecil a loving brother to hazel vera clarence lome violet howard omar and doreen was adding he ioves the job besides the work involved with the newsletter mr clutterbuck kept busy doing oil paintings of landscapes and his favorite animals hedeveloped an interest in art after his son wayne and daughter marie gave him a gift of all the supplies his artistic talent which he de veloped after moving to parkview 15 years ago has won numerous awards at markham fair his right side was paralyzed forcing him to do his painting lefthanded many of his works are hanging on walls in the homes halls mr clutterbucks work has be come popular around town several of his paintings were bought
